I’ve have found since I moved to Tampa that finding anyone, regardless of their line of work, who actually shows up when they’re supposed to is rare and then treats you fairly and honestly is almost non-existent. Several years ago, it took five appointments before they granite guy showed up to measure our countertops and we had already given them the deposit, so they knew they were getting the work.
