Bill, Thank you for working on that refund for me.  You did not have to do that and just demonstrates that 110% you mentioned and why we continue to recommend you and call on you.  I've have found since I moved to Tampa that finding anyone, regardless of their line of work, who actually shows up when they're supposed to is rare and then treats you fairly and honestly is almost non-existent.  Several years ago, it took five appointments before they granite guy showed up to measure our countertops and we had already given them the deposit, so they knew they were getting the work.  Just pathetic! I hope you had a great holiday season and we will be in touch in the spring for the service. Take care, Stan
