Overall it was a very satisfying experience. He made a temporary repair with a used part so we could have A/C while he obtained a new part. He installed the new part the following day charging only for the part. (No additional service charge) Did not try to sell a bunch of unneeded services and provided answers to several questions I asked. I couldn't be more pleased. I have already recommended them to my neighbors. Description of work: Diagnosed problem as a thermostat. Installed a used one temporarily so we would have air while he obtained a new one with more functions than the original. He installed the new one the following day with no additional labor charge.
