I originally made a service call because I was having problems with my old HVAC. I didn't tell them, but I thought it was on its last legs. They confirmed it. I was surprised at how much time they took to answer my questions and explain the problem during the service call. They weren't in any hurry to leave until I was satisfied. So, I had them install a new American Standard dual fan speed unit. The installer was experienced and very methodical when he removed the inside and outside units and installed the new units. He also had to enlarge the concrete pad for the outside unit. Bloomingdale Air is going paperless. For normal service calls they only accept credit cards, which they swipe into their tablets. For new installs such as mine, they'll accept credit cards, but will give you a discount if you pay by check. (I hope I have this policy correct.) In short: Professional and very customer oriented.
