The staff at Bloomingdale Air are expeditious in handling my repair needs to ensure my family had air conditioning during the hottest of summer days. The technician demonstrated knowledge of my HVAC by simply listening to my description over the phone and then validated his mastery upon inspection of the unit. He was then able to verbally communicate to me how the unit was damaged, how to prevent future occurrences, and all of the costs before starting any maintenance. Most importantly is the professional and personal relationship the company conveys to me. I trust Bloomingdale Air unequivocally for my AC and HVAC units.
