My AC stopped cooling on a Saturday late afternoon. I called Bloomingdale Air and left a message. I received a return call within 30 minutes of my call. Bill took the time to discuss my concern and advised me about what to do to immediately minimize further system damage and we arranged for a service call early Sunday morning. Bill arrived on time and while diagnosing what was wrong with my system he explained what he was doing and SHOWED me what was wrong. Bill was very patient with my questions and gave clear explanations. Bill temporarily fixed the problem and in a visit, 2 days later did the permanent repair. I have a friend in the AC business in another city and he confirmed that the price charged for services was very fair. I am pleased with the service.
