David was very informative and pleasant. He spent the time reviewing our issue but also made a few suggestions as to help maintain our unit. Most importantly, he was trustworthy and someone I would highly recommend. I'm sure there are cheaper companies in the marketplace but my experience with David means I'll be calling them next time I need service work or a unit replacement.
