I walked into a puddle of water when I returned from work. I called four different companies before finally connecting with Bloomingdale Air. All other companies had went home for the day and wouldn't be able to assist me until the following day but when I reached Megan she said she would have a technician call me back as soon as possible. Dave called me 5 minutes later and arrived 15 minutes later. It was very obvious he came straight from a job where he had been in an attic (he was drenched). He was professional and very detailed in explaining everything he was doing. Not only did he do a great job explaining and fixing but he also made recommendations without pressure. He gave me tips on what to do to save money and keep my AC working! He was patient and really took pride in his work.
